Sour - Fruited
Sour ale with kiwi, apple, and marionberry.
Lager - Dortmunder / Export
Brewed in collaboration with beer industry educator and advocate, LaTreace Harris, aka 'The Beery Godmother', Lehrerin ("teacher" in German, pronounced "Ler-er-in") is an export strength Dortmunder-style lager that balances pilsner malt with lightly herbal and subtly citrusy hops. Even at export strength this pale German lager remains medium bodied, balanced, and drinkable.
Kellerbier / Zwickelbier
This young unfiltered lager is an ode to Annafest, the annual celebration of Franconian brewing in Forchheim Germany. A pale copper color, Vorhe showcases a traditional German heirloom pilsner malt and Organic Perle hops. A biscuit and honey malt sweetness is balanced with an herbaceous hop character. Prost!
Märzen
Konstantin is a rich, light-ruby colored seasonal lager. Double-decocted for complexity. Drier and lighter in color than most German-style Märzens, biscuit and bread-like malt note shine in the flavor and aroma.

IPA - New England / Hazy
A tribute to a great IPA brewer’s Hazy who inspired us to make this. One day when discussing how often challenges arise, we summed it up to “Beer is Hard” and so this beer got its name before we even brewed it. Then it gave us every classic IPA challenge and even some new ones, proving that it could live up to its name. High, dry hopping rates of Citra, Simcoe, Motueka, and Mosaic DynaBoost...
Kölsch
The classic light and crisp German ale, drinks like a lager but with unique stone fruit, salt cracker and chalky aromas you only find in Kolsch. A special selection of malt and hops we don’t share with our other beers, a special yeast strain, tricky alkaline water profile and 3 weeks cold conditioning to settle into its personality makes this a one of a kind beer style we can’t get enough of.
IPA - New England / Hazy
Citra hops with base of oat malt and British yeast for an opaque and creamy base.
Pumpkin Beer
Pumpkin ale featuring cinnamon and habanero chili peppers for just the right amount of heat.

We’re excited to announce another strong collaboration with our good friends at Other Half! Yes, you’re awake! This is what happens when Parish’s DDH Ghost DNA meets Other Half’s Double Citra Daydream magic: DDH Ghost Daydream. Featuring only Citra hops in obscene quantities throughout, this Oat Cream variant of our most popular DIPA gets the Other Half flaked oats + milk sugar treatment...
IPA - Imperial / Double New England
Welcome to the future. Our collective human consciousness, or Ghost in the Machine, has gained a tolerance for hops beyond what mankind has ever known before. This Double India Pale Ale is the necessary outcome.
IPA - Triple New England / Hazy
Our first go at a TIPA and we're pumped about TRAIL MAGIC. We went with Citra and Vic Secret in the whirlpool, a little more Vic in the first dry hop, then bombed the second with Vic. This beer smells like you're walking up to a tropical fruit stand and the body really hides the ABV.
IPA - American
Fortune Teller is a classic West Coast IPA showcasing Chinook, HBC 638, and Citra Incognito hops. It opens with bright citrus and resinous pine, layered with notes of tropical fruit and subtle stone fruit. A lean malt backbone keeps the focus on the hops, finishing crisp and dry with a firm bitterness that invites another sip.
Sour - Fruited
A carefully crafted sour ale made with watermelon and lemon. The fruit imparts a natural sweetness that is balanced by a clean, citrus-driven acidity. Smooth on the palate with a bright, refreshing finish, this beer highlights the harmony of ripe watermelon and fresh lemon in a thoughtfully composed blend.
IPA - American
a west coast-style india pale ale dry-hopped with krush cryo, chinook and citra cryo Collaboration with Trophy Brewing.
IPA - Imperial / Double
So…while not everything needs to be DDH, some beers just deserve it. Enter our 100% Citra DIPA, but with the addition of our ever coldly calculated double dry hop treatment. It’s often the case with our hoppy beers that when approaching the canning line while the beer is being packaged, the aroma is usually noticeable… this beer’s densely aromatic presence was unavoidable. We...
IPA - New England / Hazy
Our flagship IPA features a huge citrus and tropical fruit hop character from the Mosaic, Citra & El Dorado hops and softer, smoother mouthfeel from the adjusted water chemistry, higher protein malts, and lower attenuation. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.
IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy
For those that love standing around in waders or obsessing over tying flys this beer might be for you. Or maybe it's just an imperial IPA for everyone. Either way its packed with delicious Citra, Bru-1 and El Dorado hops.
Lager - Helles
Light Lager. Supremely balanced and easy-drinking
IPA - American
They say to never tether your heart to a memory. That's a fixation you might never shake. Unless you weave it into the fibers of who you've become. An idea we borrowed, from the apex of adoration. A collaboration with Altamont Beer Works, whose Maui Waui IPA was the inspiration for our beloved Surf Wax, many moons ago. Brewed with an irrational dose of Mosaic and Citra, and an echo of Simcoe and...
IPA - New England / Hazy
Where your demons reside. Held at the brink of surreality. Fostered by your mind as the painting of your own truth. A light beam we could not refract. The IPA that helped to define the Burial style, usurped by the aura of the Heavy Resin. Made with wheat and oats. Whirlpooled with Mosaic Incognito and Cryo. Double Dry-Hopped with Mosaic, Motueka, Idaho 7, and a dose of Mosaic Cryo.
Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen
Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, Hefeweizen is cloudy and straw-colored with a meringue-like head that lingers to the bottom of the glass. Brewed with an ample volume of wheat malt and few hops, this beer features a unique yeast strain that produces harmonious notes of clove, banana, and vanilla throughout this effervescent brew. A traditional interpretation of a classic style,...
Festbier
Our Oaktoberfest is decoction-mashed honoring Bavarian tradition using the finest German malts. Noble hops balance this rich malty fullness with a subtle smooth hop character. A fall classic. O’zapft Is!
Lager - Polotmavé (Czech Amber)
Named after Hrad Hněvín, the castle that overlooks the Czech town of Most, Hněvín 10° is rooted in tradition. Born from a shared admiration for Czech brewing, this beer was the result of a collaborative brew day with our friends at Cohesion Brewing, masters of the Czech pour and guardians of the hladinka. Brewed with 100% floor-malted Bohemian barley and a traditional double decoction...
Lager - Japanese Rice
Karakuchi is our take on the Japanese-style rice lager, crisp, clean, and exceptionally drinkable. Brewed with a cereal mash of premium sushi rice and extra pale Pilsner malt, then delicately hopped with Tettnang and Saphir for a whisper of herbal spice and citrus blossom. Fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast, Karakuchi finishes dry and snappy, with a soft minerality and...
Pilsner - German
This German-style pilsner was brewed with a base of German malt, hopped with Saaz, and lagered for many weeks. It has floral tones with some reserved cedar and herbal notes of dried tarragon. The firm bitterness supports the malt. This beer is a tribute to true German brewing techniques.
Pilsner - German
German-Style Pilsner brewed with Hallertau Blanc from Seitz Farm in Bavaria Germany. This Pilsner has a special white peach and lime zest character with supporting, subtle white pepper and a little pear. A beautiful cushion of carbonation with a dry zippy finish.
Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
Our Bohemian-style pilsner with pronounced malty notes of honey, shortbread, and pilsner waves of grain with hints of spicy noble hops and a malt forward yeast pronunciation. A beautiful texture due to a gentle carbonation – a result of krausening. A clean malty finish with a lingering bitterness. Lagered for a long period.
