Dry Hopped Pilsner
If you see your kids congregating at the back fence, they might be throwing rocks and dirt at our neighbors’ trampoline. It’s happening a lot so it must be very tempting for the little ones! Please ask them to back off the fence and give the neighbors some privacy. And let’s cheers to our first Pilsner. After eight weeks of tank time, we decided to throw New Zealand’s Freestyle Farms...
IPA - American
I don’t know if I’m gonna tell the truth, but I know I-AIN-GON-LIE. A couple pints brings out the honesty in all of us. Extra dry, with a bitter snap and a big ol Danky nose, hopped with Citra, mosaic, CTZ and Nelson amplifier. Say whatcha wanna say!
IPA - Cold
It's no secret we love brewing and drinking West Coast IPA. Streamlined malt bill, cool ferment, and hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, Nectaron and Cascade. We pick up notes of citrus, stone fruit, and berry alongside old school dank/pine.
Brown Ale - American
Layered with a blend of domestic and british base malts alongside 4 specialty malts and flaked wheat, we pick up on a subtle complexity offering notes of toffee, caramel, and a hint of chocolate. Gentle Cascade hopping yields a touch of citrus.
Pilsner - German
Crisp, crushable golden beer with a touch of Saaz and Hersbrucker hops.
Sour - Fruited
A dessert-inspired sour layered with bright raspberry, zesty lime, and rich cheesecake character. Tart and creamy with a touch of citrus sharpness, it strikes a balance between refreshing and indulgent. Vibrant, smooth, and unmistakably decadent.
IPA - New England / Hazy
Soft, expressive, and slightly bittersweet—Love Lost is a hazy IPA hopped with Superdelic, Strata, and Simcoe. Lush notes of ripe berries, passionfruit, and citrus peel drift over a smooth, pillowy body. RIP Malcolm McCormick
Lager - Other
Light, crisp, and effortlessly refreshing. Brewed with jasmine and toasted rice, this easygoing lager brings soft floral notes and a smooth, mellow finish. A beer made for slow afternoons and relaxing evenings.
Lager - American
Lagers are so much more than mass-market light beer. We're especially drawn to the rich history of European lagers, particularly the Czech Amber Lager. Its lightly toasty notes echo Durham’s heritage in tobacco processing and manufacturing. Some of us have been here long enough to remember when downtown Durham smelled of sweet, toasted tobacco. While we didn’t aim for an exact replica (and...
Lager - Pale
Pale Lager classically hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh, there is subtle hop bitterness to compliment a crisp and subtle sweet malt on the front end of this beer. Notes of pithy orange peel, a bit floral and pine and fluffy bread.
Hazy Pale Ale
Fort Point balances light, crisp, malt character with an abundance of hop-derived aromatics and flavors from the use of Citra and Columbus. The fragrant nose is fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and peach. Bold flavors of pineapple and mango mix with dank notes of zesty citrus and fresh pine needles. With the smooth mouthfeel, gentle bitterness, and dry finish, Fort Point is our standard...

West Coast Pilsner
At long last, the “Tiger Fuzz” collab series of West Coast Pilsners with the homies @mtnlayersbeer comes to a close with the release of “Sticky Tiger Fuzz”!!! We knew we had to bring it back for one more round. Except, with an even more exciting twist! After seeing how much we loved the higher ABV in “Extra Tiger Fuzz”, we wanted to see what would happen if we swapped out the extra...
Pilsner - German
Welcome to "TV Wasteland," set in a universe that diverged our homage to the Classic German Pilsner, that's all our own. Which means we revamped it to be something like the beer we’d want in our Fallout bunker. It's been a hot minute since we brewed up this bad boi, and we wanted to shake it up a bit with a new hop blend, but it’s time to leave the vault! @Riverbendmalt Chesapeake Pilsner...

All the reverence. Without convention. Untethered from the doctrine of decorum. A refusal to forget what it means to feel in full color. We crafted this Czech-inspired offering with Bohemian Pilsner malt and a touch of Vienna. Delicately hopped with Saaz and HBC 1134 before enjoying cold conditioning in our lager tanks. Enjoy a bouquet of sourdough loaves, drizzled in wildflower honey, and...

IPA - Session
The baby of our beloved flagship IPA, Falcon Smash. We notice impressions of tropical citrus, bright navel orange and grapefruit, dark berry, and hints of slight pine and mint laced dankness. Entirely drinkable for the day, and equally forgettable as it is impactful.

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy
Our tour of NY delicacies continues with this tribute that unfortunately tastes nothing like Chicken Riggies but does taste like delicious DIPA. We used Mosaic, Citra and Idaho 7 for this with 2-row, oats and wheat.

Chill Bday is a beer that was originally planned for our fourth anniversary week celebration. It’s a double dry-hopped DIPA brewed with Citra, Galaxy, Enigma, Mosaic, Motueka, El Dorado, Simcoe, Wakatu, and Nelson! Sort of a mash-up of Supernatural Creature and Mega Beast Freak(brewed for our 3rd anniversary), then we hit it with that Enhanced treatment. Double creamy hop flavors of exotic...
Lager - American
THEY is a step-mashed lager brewed with raw wheat, hopped with Perle and El Dorado. This has become one of our favorite lagers to drink in-house. Crispy with lots of bold hop character. Drinks like Pilsner brewed by aliens.
Pilsner - German
Limited Release for the “Bring MLB to Raleigh” movement
IPA - New England
We know the idea of a "New England IPA" style is still in debate, but we still feel it's the best way to describe this extremely dry hopped, minimal bitter addition IPA brewed with significant protein contribution from wheat and oats.
Lager - Dortmunder / Export
This collaboration with Burlington Beer Co. of Burlington, Vermont is the next offering in our Collab Series, a Helles Export Lager brewed with continental malts and noble hops.
