An Imperial Stout. Brewed with a broader range and higher inclusion of roasted malt and aged for 20 months in bourbon barrels from 3 different distillers. Deep and intricate malt character sweeps over velvety notes of rich dark chocolate, cookie dough, and honey-drizzled fig, deftly regulated by extended aging, each barrel adding distinct complexity and expression from its previous contents. A toast to precision and the ambition of finding a perfect balance. 12.9% ABV.
