Always flavored with real, whole, fresh and actual ingredients, this highly anticipated seasonal offering was aged on locally foraged staghorn sumac berries.

Native to the eastern United States, most of the plant is edible, but it’s the antioxidant-rich berries that pack a sour punch and is often referred to as Appalachian lemonade.

With two wells at a combined depth of nearly 1,000 that gives us all of our brewing water, we knew that with our own unique source of Appalachian well water, that we could offer a water with superior taste and a true sense of place.
