Oaxacan Green Corn Lager

Some beers we brew have largely stayed the same since day one, while others were constantly adjusting - searching for that balance and perfect synergy of ingredients. This past weekend we released batch two of our Corn Lager. Fully embracing the character of the heirloom Oaxacan green corn, this batch is a bit crisper with subtle citrus notes from Motueka hops, arriving a bit closer to where we want this beer to be but still evolving.
