Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
This policy explains what Tasty Beverage Company LLC (“Tasty Beverage Co.”, “we”, “us”) collects on tastybeverageco.com and what we do with it. It goes together with our Order Policy.
What we collect
What you give us. When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, billing address and date of birth, plus your vehicle for curbside pickup. If you use the chat window, we get what you type there and any name or email you enter. If you sign up for our weekly email, we collect your email address.
Your card. Your card number goes from the card fields at checkout straight to Square, our payment processor, and never reaches our website. We keep only the card brand, the last four digits, and the reference Square gives us so we can charge your saved card.
What the site collects on its own. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. We use Google Analytics cookies to see how the site is used. You can read how Google uses that data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use it
We use your information to check your age, fill and charge your order, contact you about it by email, phone or text, keep the sales records the law requires, run and improve the site, and send our weekly email if you’ve opted in.
Text messages
If you check the text box at checkout, we’ll text you about that order, for example when it’s ready or if we have to cancel it. That’s usually one or two texts per order, and never marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. We don’t share your phone number or your texting opt-in with anyone for their marketing.
We send order emails to the address you give us. We’ll only add you to our weekly email if you sign up or say yes when we ask, and every weekly email has an unsubscribe link. Our weekly email goes out through Mailchimp.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job:
- Square, for payments: https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy
- Mailchimp, for our weekly email: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
- Google Analytics, for site statistics (see above)
- tawk.to, which runs our chat window and stores chat transcripts: https://www.tawk.to/privacy-policy/
- Twilio, which delivers our order texts: https://www.twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy
- DigitalOcean, which hosts our site
We’ll also share information when the law requires it, and with Square and your bank if you dispute a charge, as described in our Order Policy. We don’t sell your personal information.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep your cart and checkout working and, through Google Analytics, to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but checkout may not work without the essential ones.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including the date of birth you gave us, for as long as tax and ABC record-keeping rules require. Analytics and chat data are kept according to Google’s and tawk.to’s retention settings.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, card data is handled by Square rather than by us, and only staff who need it can see order information. No system is perfectly secure, so if you ever think your information has been misused, email us.
Age
You must be 21 or older to order from us. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your choices
To see what we have on file, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@tastybeverageco.com. We may need to keep sales records the law requires us to keep.
Other sites
Links to other sites are there for convenience. We aren’t responsible for those sites or how they handle your information.
Changes
We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with its date.
