Naturally sparkling “pétillant-naturel” made from Chenin Blanc (80%), Muscat (15%), and Chardonnay (5%). Skin‑macerated for two days, bottled with fermenting juice to complete effervescence in-bottle. It’s unfiltered, sulfur-free, hazy, and lively—brimming with lemon‑lime soda energy, orchard fruit, floral aromas, and a crisp mineral finish. Pairs beautifully with light seafood, salads, and soft cheeses.
