Equal Parts

Equal Parts is a quiet expression of place, patience, and purpose. Born from a shared reverence for local agriculture and time-honored technique, this lager is built around Tennessee-grown Bloody Butcher corn, an heirloom grain chosen not for novelty, but for its honest, deep-rooted flavor and connection to the land.

Cereal cooked and single-decocted, to coax out its rich, rustic sweetness and depth. The corn lays down a warm, textured foundation, gently shaped by a restrained hand of equal parts Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Cascade hops. The result is a beer that honors its ingredients as much as the growers and brewers who bring them to life. Subtle yet expressive, familiar yet distinct.

Brewed in collaboration with our New Jersey friends The Seed, Equal Parts reflects a mutual commitment to beer that tells a story of soil, of season, and mutual respect. It’s not just a lager.
