Named after the traditional Bier Servers of Cologne. This top fermenting German Ale is fermented colder than most ales and is lagered for 55 days in white wine barrels. Extremely light, dry and refreshing. Brewed with a touch of wheat to soften it out. Pear and White grape esters complement the subtle citrus and gassiness from the hops.
