We brewed this collaboration with our friends at @burialbeer here in Charleston. This 5% Saison is all Barke Pilsner Malt, and has been fermented bone-dry with French Saison and Champagne yeasts. We lavished this beer with a generous amount of fancy orange peel. Expect aromas of orange blossom honey, sherbet, and herbal spice!
