Nostalgia has brought us full circle to this present release. Born and raised in one of our French Oak foudres, this beer is beautifully sweet and simultaneously tart. Deep lingering black cherry flavors are cleaned up with a dry and clean finish. This style is what sparked our love and deep exploration of mixed culture beer. We’re proud to still feel so closely connected to our roots and yet completely untethered on this journey in our life of beer.
