Spritz

"Spritz" is our first spritz-style sour, which we brewed w/ Chardonnay grapes, strawberry, orange, rhubarb, and orange peel. Expect Spritz to be a little tart, sweet, and SUPER refreshing, all while ending in a light bitterness. This is our loose take on a classic Aperol spritz: white wine funkiness from the Chardonnay grapes fill in for the prosecco; light bitterness from the rhubarb and orange peel sub in for the Aperol; and our effervescent sour ale steps in for the sparkling soda water.
