Cedar Grove is a spontaneously fermented wild ale aged on tons of fresh blueberries! This beer is two years in the making. We’re so thrilled with the way it turned out and can’t wait for y’all to get your hands on it. Back in January of 2019 we filled two totes with wort that was comprised of 100% local malts and raw wheat thanks to our friends at @riverbendmalt and @epiphanycraftmalt. We then drove them over to @botanistandbarrel to sit next to their blueberry fields overnight to be inoculated by the yeast and bacteria in the air. We then processed and added hundreds of pounds of blueberries from the Botanist and Barrel farm!
